mailagent Terms of Service

1. About mailagent
mailagent is a personal tool written and operated by an individual for his or her own use (the "owner"). It is not offered to the public as a service.
2. Who may use it
mailagent is for use by the owner only, with the owner's own Google account. It has no sign-up, no other users, and no accounts. Anyone other than the owner is not authorized to use it.
3. Access to Google data
mailagent reads email in the owner's own Gmail account in read-only mode. How this data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. The owner uses Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google's applicable terms.
4. No warranty
mailagent is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, mailagent.
6. Changes
These terms may be changed at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

1. mailagentについて
mailagentは、個人が自分自身のために作成・運用している個人用ツールです（以下「所有者」）。一般向けのサービスとして提供するものではありません。
2. 利用できる人
mailagentは、所有者本人が、自分自身のGoogleアカウントで使うためのものです。会員登録の仕組みはなく、所有者以外の利用者やアカウントもありません。所有者以外の方は、mailagentを利用できません。
3. Googleのデータへのアクセス
mailagentは、所有者本人のGmailのメールを、読み取り専用で参照します。データの扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに記載しています。所有者は、Google APIを、Google API Services User Data PolicyとGoogleの該当する規約に従って利用します。
4. 保証の否認
mailagentは「現状のまま」「提供可能な範囲で」使われるものであり、正確性、信頼性、可用性、特定の目的への適合性を含め、明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もしません。内容の変更、中断、終了は、予告なく行うことがあります。
5. 責任の制限
適用される法令が認める範囲で、mailagentの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について、所有者は責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は、予告なく変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、新しい日付とともに、このページに公開します。
7. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠します。
