mailagent Privacy Policy

1. Who operates mailagent
mailagent is a personal tool operated by an individual for his or her own use (the "owner"). Contact: info@brunnr.org.
2. Google user data that mailagent accesses
mailagent accesses the owner's own Gmail account through the Gmail API, using only the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. It reads the content of selected automated emails (for example, emails that contain one-time verification codes, billing notices, or sales reports). No other Google account is accessed.
3. How the data is used
mailagent uses the email content only to extract short pieces of information (such as a numeric code or an amount) that the owner's own automation scripts need. It provides no other feature and uses the data for no other purpose, including advertising.
4. How the data is stored
- Full email bodies are processed in memory and are not stored.
- Only the extracted values may be stored, on the owner's own private server.
- The authorization token issued by Google is stored on the owner's own private server in a file with restricted access permissions.
5. Sharing and transfer
mailagent does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data or the email content to any third party. It does not use the data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. No human other than the owner reads the data.
6. Security
The data is handled only on the owner's own private infrastructure. Access is limited to read-only permission, and the authorization token is protected by file permissions on a private server.
7. Retention, deletion, and revoking access
Because full email content is not stored, there is nothing to delete beyond the extracted values and the authorization token. The owner can revoke mailagent's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete the token file and any stored extracted values from the private server.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
mailagent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.

mailagentは、個人が自分自身のために運営している個人用ツールです（以下「所有者」）。連絡先：info@brunnr.org
2. アクセスするGoogleユーザーデータ
mailagentは、Gmail APIの読み取り専用スコープ https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly のみを使って、所有者本人のGmailアカウントにアクセスします。特定の自動送信メール（ワンタイムの認証コード、請求通知、売上報告など）の内容を読み取ります。所有者本人以外のGoogleアカウントにはアクセスしません。
3. データの利用目的
メールの内容は、所有者本人の自動化スクリプトが必要とする短い情報（数字のコードや金額など）を取り出すためだけに使います。それ以外の機能や目的（広告を含む）には使いません。
4. データの保存
- メール本文の全体は、メモリ上で処理するだけで、保存しません。
- 保存する場合は、取り出した値のみを、所有者本人の非公開サーバー上に保存します。
- Googleが発行する認可トークンは、所有者本人の非公開サーバー上に、アクセス権限を制限したファイルとして保存します。
5. 共有・第三者への提供
mailagentは、Googleユーザーデータやメールの内容を、第三者に販売、共有、提供しません。また、汎用的な人工知能・機械学習モデルの開発、改善、学習にも使いません。所有者以外の人がデータを閲覧することはありません。
6. セキュリティ
データは、所有者本人の非公開の環境でのみ扱います。権限は読み取り専用に限定し、認可トークンは非公開サーバー上のファイル権限で保護します。
7. 保持期間、削除、アクセスの取り消し
メール本文の全体は保存しないため、削除の対象は、取り出した値と認可トークンのみです。所有者は、https://myaccount.google.com/permissions でいつでもmailagentのアクセスを取り消せます。また、非公開サーバー上のトークンファイルと、保存した値を削除できます。
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
mailagentによる、Google APIから取得した情報の利用と他のアプリへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use要件を含む）に従います。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページに新しい日付とともに公開します。
